Your Consumer Rights
All products sold by LawnSorted are backed by our commitment to quality and include guarantees for performance, safety, and reliability. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:
- Has a major failure
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match its description
- Is unsafe
- Does not perform as promised
For minor issues, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame or offer a replacement or refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
Faulty Products
If your robotic lawn mower is not working as expected, please contact us. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the nature of the fault, we will:
- Arrange a free repair
- Offer a replacement
- Provide a full refund for major faults
We may request supporting information such as photos or videos to assist in the assessment.
How to Return a Product
- Email contact@lawnsorted.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RMA)
- Package the item securely with all original components and clearly mark the RMA on the outside
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days
